At Mc Uldall Maskinfabrik, we perform milling in series ranging from single piece production to large batch production. We can handle both vertical and multi-sided horizontal machining. We use a wide range of time-saving clamping fixtures. At all our CNC machining centres, our experienced operators have access to one of the most advanced CAD/CAM systems on the market, which is continuously updated. From here, there is shared access to the customer’s drawing files via network, which makes us extremely flexible and minimises the turnaround time from idea to finished product.

At Mc Uldall, we have a CNC milling capacity that covers workpiece sizes from a few millimetres to 1100mm x 1100mm x 3600mm. With our machinery, which ranges from ordinary 3-axis milling machines to state-of-the-art 5-axis milling machines with integrated turntable, we can handle most milling tasks. This applies to both one-off production and serial production.

MILLING OF LARGE WORKPIECES
At Mc Uldall Maskinfabrik, we perform milling of large items up to 1000x1100x3600mm, and our large machining centres are fully equipped to solve innumerable tasks. We run full simultaneous 5-axis machining. We manufacture series ranging from single-piece production to large batch production. We can handle both vertical and multi-sided horizontal machining.
